Richard Lyndon Garnett is a Professor of Private International Law at the University of Melbourne in Australia. He is a globally recognized expert whose work has been cited by major international tribunals, including the International Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights. His expertise in cross-border litigation and arbitration, with his scholarly work frequently cited by high-level international and national courts, including the International Court of Justice.
