  • Handle core projects including liquidations consulting (EquipNet), financial compliance and risk services (Global Credit Services) and negotiations for capital investment projects.
  • Set performance and financial goals and attain them through providing team direction and management.

  • Attend board meetings, present reports, identify ways to maximize revenue, and work with strategy committee to prepare strategy.

  • Managed a team of 100 full time staff including 5 executives, boards, budgets, and expatriates from over a dozen different countries.
  • Created functional structures and get rid of inefficiency to match the organization’s large-scale vision.
  • Able to create the working culture more effective in the both the quality and quantity of milestones which grew the annual revenue from $300K to $2.5 million.
  • As the chairman/CEO was able to develop the New Life Group from a small grassroots organization to an international standard organization with work that is recognized locally and globally.
