នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃសុក្រ ៨ កើត ខែជេស្ឋ ឆ្នាំរោង ឆស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៨ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ និងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ បានរៀបចំពិធីសច្ចាប្រណិធាន សម្រាប់មន្ត្រីសម្រុះសម្រួលដោះស្រាយវិវាទ ជំនាន់ទី១ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម កើត រិទ្ធ ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ និងជាប្រធានអាជ្ញាធរជាតិដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ។ ពិធីសច្ចាប្រណិធាននេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងសម្រាប់មន្ត្រីសម្រុះសម្រួលដោះស្រាយវិវាទ ចំនួន ៨៦ រូប បន្ទាប់ពីទទួលបានការសម្រេចផ្តល់នីតិសម្បទាពី អ.ដ.ក. នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៦ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នេះ។ ការធ្វើពិធីសច្ចាប្រណិធាននេះ គឺមិនត្រឹមតែជាកាតព្វកិច្ច ដែលកំណត់ដោយច្បាប់ ដែលមន្ត្រីសម្រុះសម្រួលដោះស្រាយវិវាទ ត្រូវធ្វើមុនពេលចាប់ផ្តើមអនុវត្តមុខងាររបស់ខ្លួនជាផ្លូវការប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ តែនេះ ក៏ដើម្បីបង្ហាញពីតម្លាភាព ភាពស្អាតស្អំ និងភាពស្មោះត្រង់របស់ខ្លួន ក្នុងការអនុវត្តមុខងារសម្រុះសម្រួលដោះស្រាយវិវាទជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ប្រកបដោយភាពត្រឹមត្រូវ និងយុត្តិធម៌។ ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីនេះ ឯកឧត្តម កើត រិទ្ធ ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងជាប្រធាន អ.ដ.ក. ក៏បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា ពិធីសច្ចាប្រណិធាននាពេលនេះ គឺជាព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ជាប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្តថ្មីមួយទៀត របស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ និងអាចទុកជាការចាប់ផ្តើមពិតប្រាកដនៃដំណើរការចុះដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ។

On the morning of Friday, June 14, 2024, the Ministry of Justice and the National Authority for Alternative Dispute Resolution held a swearing-in ceremony for the first generation of mediation officers. HE Keut Rith, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Justice and Chairman of the National Authority for Dispute Resolution. The swearing-in ceremony was held for 86 mediation officers after receiving a rehabilitation decision from the NAADR in the sixth meeting on June 13, 2024. The swearing-in ceremony is not only a legal obligation that the mediation officer must perform before the official commencement of his duties, but also to show his transparency, cleanliness and honesty in performing his duties, mediate and resolve disputes for the people in a fair and just manner. Speaking at the ceremony, HE Keut Rith, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the NAADR, he also emphasized that the swearing-in ceremony was a new historical event of the National Authority for Alternative Dispute Resolution and could be considered as a real start of the out-of-court dispute resolution process for the people within the framework of National Authority for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
