យល់ដឹងអំពីដំណើរការនៃការផ្តល់អាជ្ញាបណ្ណជាអភិបាលបណ្តោះអាសន្នក្នុងសំណុំរឿងក្ស័យធន នៅក្នុងបរិបទសេដ្ឋកិច្ចសកលដែលមានភាពច្របូកច្របល់ ក្រុមហ៊ុនកាន់តែច្រើនត្រូវបានគេរំពឹងទុកថានឹងឈានទៅដល់ការក្ស័យធន។ ក្រោមកិច្ចសហការជាមួយនឹងក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ក្រុមហ៊ុនមេធាវី អេច ប៊ី អេស (HBS Law) មានកិត្តិយសក្នុងការប្រកាសពីសិក្ខាសាលាក្រោមប្រធានបទ ការផ្តល់អាជ្ញាបណ្ណជាអភិបាលបណ្តោះអាសន្នក្នុងសំណុំរឿងក្ស័យធន ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅ ថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី១៤ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ចាប់ពីវេលាម៉ោង ៩ ព្រឹក តទៅ នៅសណ្ឋាគារហៃយ៉ាត់ រីជិនស៊ី ភ្នំពេញ (Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh)។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះ មានបំណងក្នុងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយអំពីប្រកាសស្តីពីការផ្តល់អាជ្ញាបណ្ណជាអភិបាលបណ្តោះអាសន្នក្នុងសំណុំរឿងក្ស័យធន និងចែករំលែកពីការយល់ដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍ពាក់ព័ន្ធទៅនឹងការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែងដែលត្រឹមត្រូវសម្រាប់ករណីក្ស័យធននៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

Understanding the Process of Granting Administrator Licenses in Insolvency Proceedings Given the current economic context, it is expected that more companies will become insolvent. HBS LAW, in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice, is honored to announce a workshop entitled the Granting of Administrator Licenses in Insolvency Proceedings taking place on Friday, 14 June 2024, from 9A.M. at the Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh Hotel. This workshop aims to disseminate the Prakas on granting an Administrator License in Insolvency Proceedings and share insights and experiences regarding proper insolvency practices in Cambodia.
