នារសៀលថ្ងៃសុក្រ ៥កើត ខែកត្តិក ឆ្នាំថោះ បញ្ចស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៧ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣, ដោយទទួលបានការអនុញ្ញាតដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ពីឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ ឯកឧត្តម តាន់ហ៊ាង ដាវ័ណ្ណ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបិទវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ស្តីពី "ការក្ស័យធនរបស់សាជីវកម្ម" ដែលសហការរៀបចំឡើងដោយក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ និងក្រុមសាជីវកម្មហិរញ្ញវត្ថុអន្តរជាតិ IFC ជូនដល់អភិបាលបណ្តោះអាសន្ន មេធាវី សារការី មជ្ឈត្តករ និងគណនេយ្យករ រយៈពេល២ថ្ងៃពេញ នៅសណ្ឋាគារភ្នំពេញ។
បន្ថែមពីនេះឯកឧត្តម តាន់ហ៊ាង ដាវ័ណ្ណ និងតំណាងក្រុមការងារធនាគារពិភពលោក ក៏បានចែកវិញ្ញាបនបត្រជូនសិក្ខាកាមដែលចូលរួមទទួលការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដោយផ្ទាល់ប្រមាណជាង៤០រូប។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ បានផ្តោតទៅលើឧត្តម្មានុវត្តជាអន្តរជាតិពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងករណីក្ស័យធន និងផ្តល់មគ្គុទេសក៍ក្នុងការអនុវត្តសម្រាប់តួអង្គដែលមានការពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ ត្រូវបានដឹកនាំបង្ហាត់បង្ហាញដោយអ្នកជំនាញជាតិ និងបរទេស (សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក និងអូស្រ្តាលី) ក្រោមទម្រង់ជាបទបង្ហាញ ការសួរដេញដោល និងលំហាត់អនុវត្តន៍៕

In the afternoon of Friday, November 17, 2023, with the honored permission of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice, HE Tan Heang Davan, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Justice, attended the event, presiding over the closing ceremony of the 2-Day training course on “Insolvency” organized by the Ministry of Justice and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to the Administrator, Attorney, Notary, Arbitrator and Accountant at the Phnom Penh Hotel.
In addition, HE Tan Heang Davan and representatives of the World Bank Working Group also distributed certificates to more than 40 participants who attended the training.
The course focuses on international practice in insolvency proceedings and provides practice guides for relevant actors. The training is led by national and foreign experts (US and Australia) in the form of presentations, quizzes and practical exercises.
