ឯកឧត្តម តាន់ហ៊ាង ដាវ័ណ្ណ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ អញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីបិទវគ្គបណ្តុះឯកឧត្តម យ៉ម ផារ៉ូត ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងជាអគ្គនាយកនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានកិច្ចការរដ្ឋប្បវេណី អញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពីច្បាប់ក្ស័យធនរបស់កម្ពុជា។
នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ១កើត ខែកត្តិក ឆ្នាំថោះ បញ្ចស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៧ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣, ដោយទទួលបានការអនុញ្ញាតដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ពីឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ ឯកឧត្តម យ៉ម ផារ៉ូត ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងជាអគ្គនាយកនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានកិច្ចការរដ្ឋប្បីវេណី បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាអធិបតីបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលសម្រាប់ចៅក្រម ស្តីពី "ច្បាប់ក្ស័យធនកម្ពុជា" ដែលរៀបចំទ្បើងនៅសណ្ឋាគារភ្នំពេញ។
វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរយៈពេល ២ ថ្ងៃ ដែលរៀបចំឡើងក្រោមការសហការរវាងក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ និង ក្រុមសាជីវកម្មហិរញ្ញវត្ថុអន្តរជាតិ IFC មានការចូលរួមជាគណ:អធិបតីពីលោកស្រី Nina Mocheva តំណាងនៃក្រុមធនាគារពិភពលោក, លោកចៅក្រម Geoffrey B.Morawets តំណាងស្ថាប័ន INSOL អន្តរជាតិ ព្រមទាំងមានការចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រី ជាចៅក្រមនៃតុលាការកំពូល សាលាឧទ្ធរណ៍ភ្នំពេញនិងតំបន់ និងសាលាដំបូងរាជធានី-ខេត្ត សរុបប្រមាណជាង ៥០រូប ។
វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរៀបចំទ្បើង ក្នុងគោលបំណងបញ្ជ្រាបការយល់ដឹងកាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅអំពីច្បាប់ក្ស័យធនកម្ពុជា ជូនដល់ចៅក្រម ដែលជាតួអង្គដ៏សំខាន់នៅក្នងកិច្ចដំណើរការនីតិវិធីលើសំណុំរឿងក្ស័យធននៅតុលាការ។

On the morning of Monday, November 13, 2023, with the high permission of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Justice, His Excellency Yam Pharot, Government Delegate and Director General of the General Department of Civil Affairs presided over the opening ceremony of a training course for judges on “Insolvency Law of Cambodia” held at the Phnom Penh Hotel.
The two-day training, co-organized by the Ministry of Justice and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), was chaired by Nina Mocheva, World Bank Group Representative, Judge Geoffrey B. Morawets, INSOL International Representative. Also present were Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, Ladies and Gentlemen of the Supreme Court of the Court of Appeal, Phnom Penh and the area and the Capital-Provincial Court, a total of more than 50 people.
The training aims to provide a deeper understanding of Cambodian bankruptcy law to judges, who are key players in the bankruptcy proceedings in court.
